Do you love books, travel, social media, and creating meaningful experiences?

We’re looking for our very first Junior Content & Operations Coordinator to join us in Bali and help shape the future of Land of Tales.

📍 Location: Bali / Nusa Lembongan (Hybrid or Lembongan full time)
💼 Employment: Full-time, starting 1 October or as agreed.
🏢 Company: The Tales Group
🇮🇩 Eligibility: This position is open to Indonesian citizens (WNI) only.

Your Role

You’ll work closely with the founders and help with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Adding and managing locations in our platform
  • Researching bookshops and literary destinations around the world
  • Communicating with partner bookshops and cafés
  • Creating and managing partner perks and discounts
  • Assisting with customer support
  • Editing short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok
  • Scheduling social media content
  • Supporting marketing campaigns
  • Helping with day-to-day operations as we grow

We're looking for someone who...

  • Loves books and reading
  • Is highly organised and enjoys creating structure
  • Has excellent English communication skills
  • Is comfortable using social media
  • Has a great eye for detail
  • Learns new systems quickly
  • Enjoys working in a fast-moving startup
  • Takes initiative and solves problems independently

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Video editing
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
  • Content creation
  • Customer support
